i read this book and i could not put it down, I lost my wife last Dec and i was depress, and bitter, i start reading this book and it change my mind set, i am more positive now than i have been in a while and i am a pastor

I love Paul Meier's down to earthness. He's so human and still a wonderful doctor. This book is wonderful for the depressed or if you know someone suffering from depression. I highly recommend it!
