This study is AMAZING! Packed full of God's Truths - focuses on my relationship with God first and foremost so that I don't have to go through this journey alone. He is there to help me learn to control my cravings for food! My only caution is to understand that this is Lisa's journey - Lisa's Choices. Doesn't mean that we have to make the same food choices - let the Holy Spirit be your guide. Also, this is meant to inform and make aware. Not meant to produce more guilt. Beware - you will GROW in your walk and see food in a whole new light. Best Wishes!

Our small group has only one problem with the material - we are not covering it as quickly as designed. And we are not complaining--the material is that good. The in-depth bible studies and Lysa's unique understanding of the Bible scripture is GREAT. If you want to crave God more than food, this is the book you are looking for.
