An incredibly helpful and practical book for anyone who struggles with anxiety, depression OCD or social phobias. The exercises and techniques described have really made a difference in not only my life, but also in the lives of others God has given me a chance to witness to. This shouldn't replace behavioral therapy. Instead, this book encourages me to recognize how and when to apply the REBT techniques. Highly recommended!
