I have wanted to be efficient at writing sermons all my life. I will soon be thirty-four years old and I have been preaching for twenty years. I ran across Dr. Wilson's book and it has been refreshing and challenging. I am learning that sermon preparation can be enjoyable and unstressfull. He designs this book in a way that gives an assignment for each day of the week beginning no later than Tuesday! Buy this book and take your time and read this book! You'll be glad you did, I am! Preaching is lacking in our churches today! We need to return to Biblical preaching! Not three points here or there! I've never heard Jesus preach a three point sermon! Why should we? God's Holy Spirit is still speaking to us today and through us today. Let's present our SERMONS as offerings to God! Warning: This book will require you to be creative, it will also require you to change and be changed!
