This is an excellent primer on leadership. The development of the Wesleyan philosophy of leadership is explored. Suggestions are offered for implementing strategies. The only downfall is that it is somewhat narrowly geared for the United Methodist Church to the expense of other denominations in the Wesleyan tradition. Highly recommended, even for those outside the Wesleyan tradition.
