When the necklace arrived, the heart was off the chain. I tried to put it back onto the chain and noticed the ring that attaches the heart is VERY soft. I also noticed the ring on the cross was slightly open and tried to crimp it shut also. Same thing as the heart...very soft metal. I bought the necklace to give as a gift, but I am not confident that the charms will stay on the chain. Very disappointed.
