I bought this movie for my daughter. We watched it once while she was visiting and she loved it. She asked me about it a few months later. She wanted to buy it. So, we bought it for her birthday. She couldn't wait to go home and watch it again.

Not a Christian movie to say but a very interesting story for the whole family. Only caution would be, in one scene the husband has his wife on his lap and he was putting his hand up her skirt. Saying that it did not show anything and was only three seconds in total. Exciting, sad and adventurous. I would recommend it.

Heart touching movie filled with twist and surprises. Very thought provoking. Will hold a place within my heart for a long time. Scenery is beautiful and actors were perfectly cast for their parts.

Although the movie is more of a fairy tale, it is wonderful. The characters touch your heart and tears will flow..the ending is great. It is a great family movie.

Honestly, I expected this to be another somewhat-cheesy-yet-wholesome movie. Still, something about the preview compelled me to watch it. I was surprised to find that I absolutely LOVE this film. Usually, I am a bit of a critic and I could describe all the elements that might have been improved upon. However, the film as a whole is wonderful. The story, the characters, the scenery, the colors...I thoroughly enjoyed it all. One tip: sit back, relax, and let yourself be drawn into the story and fall in love with the characters...and have a box of tissues handy.

The boy is adopted. He has a friend he can talk to is a seal. Later he goes in the boat with the seal, when he runs away. Tragic comes in the water with the boat. His Dad goes to find him in the water with his boat. He wants to talk to his Mom that's when the rainbow appears.
