Abingdon Press Revolution in Leadership

Equipping God's people for the ministry to which they are called can no longer be the responsibility solely of professional clergy. Increasingly we see that a new team of leaders, drawn from the membership of each congregation or its community, is arising to meet the challenges that ministry in the third millenium will present. Yet where, and how, will these leaders be trained?

A timely books that is a must for all pastors and ministry leaders or students looking into the ministry to read. With fresh ideas and proven success, McNeal has brought an understanding of team leadership that breathes fresh air into the woundedness and tiredness of pastors all around. I believe that the leadership style that McNeal talks about must take place on a much higher plane if the Church and their pastors want to remain healthy and fulfilling their calling. A wonderful little book that will challenge the "old way of doing things".
