This book has many options for use of both recording & paying treasurers. However, there are only four spaces total per MONTH for recording SPECIAL offerings. There are spaces for recording 5 Sundays per month for general offering, but only 4 places for extra (special) offerings for the entire month. For example, if a person gives to the General Fund weekly (goes in Weekly Offering space), but also gives to Building and Missions weekly, there are not enough spaces to record those amounts accurately for each week of the month. Sometimes $ is also given for Youth or Memorials as well. It is very difficult to be accurate as to what amount a person gave to special funds for each week. There are lines below each monthly column that can be re-labeled by hand to make enough spaces, and the specific week as well as special offering amount noted. Lots of extra work!
