I'm a huge fan of sci fi and have immensely enjoyed all of Bryan Davis's series. This one is action-packed with an breathtaking plot! However, I never really fell in love with the characters like I have with all of Davis's other stories...these just weren't captivating enough for me. Overall, I gave this series a 5 star rating because it is still a masterpiece that I enjoyed reading, I just couldn't relate with the characters as much as I wanted to! The plot is unique and unforgettable as Koren struggles with the evil "king" of dragons, and Joran and Elyssa face problems of their own. Therefore, it still kept my attention and I highly recommend it to any Bryan Davis fan (like me!) or even someone who isn't familiar with his books!!! Another great one by my absolute favorite author :)
