I needed something nice, but not too expensive for my great-niece's upcoming baptism and thought this was perfect. It isn't made out of wood, but may hold up better because of that.

My great-niece will grow up seeing this cross as a reminder of Christ's gift to her, and hopefully, will keep it to pass on to her own children some day.

This cross is just what I was looking for for my new grandchild's baptism. No real religious stores nearby, so this was a wonderful way to give exactly what I wanted to give without driving (at today's cost of gas) all over the state.
