Purchased for 21 month old grandson who really enjoys. He gets it, brings it to them and says "Bible" wanting them to read. Parents like it because it is a board book.

This book is a good size for a toddler. The drawings are bright and colourful and the cover and pages are sturdy enought to take some abuse form little hands and teeth. My only reservation is that the selection of bible stories presented is a little odd. Some of the "big stories" are skipped over for some that are not too exciting for little readers. No parting of the Red Sea, we get Moses in the basket instead. No Good Friday, no Easter morning, only the Assumption. Even the miracles of Jesus that are told are not relatable to children. And Jesus saying "let the little children come to me" is not included either. I know it's only 40 pages, but it really seems to miss the mark in this regard. Still my 2 year old loves to look at the pictures!
