We are studying this in our Sunday School Class! It has been a very thought provoking study. We have two co- teachers, both very thorough! We have combined two classes to study this book. Wow what a class!

I've had many unplanned casual conversations with total strangers that have made me aware of another's search for understanding in the theological sense. Quite often it will be the only conversation I ever expect to have with that person. If I think the person is open to a question I will often ask "what do you think of Jesus Christ?" The answers are always interesting as the focus is on a person, rather than "religion" per se.
At an appropriate point I will simply tell them about a bright, well educated guy who also had questions, sought answers as an "investigative journalist"and wrote a compelling book about his search that is titled "The Case For Christ". If it strikes a chord and they appear to be intellectually honest, I ask them if they'd like to read it. They are always surprised and pleased when I hand them a copy. I ask them to pass it along to someone else when they finish it. My contact telephone and e-mail address are on the inside cover in case they ever want to talk further. I know of lives that have been changed simply by reading the book and concluding the Bible is a reliable historical document - - which opens the door a bit further for anyone who is seeking. I keep a supply of "The Case For Christ" in my car. It is not up to me to "convert" anyone. That is the work of the Holy Spirit.

Overall I thought this book was pretty brilliant. I have not read a book like this, not that they aren't on the market, and I felt that taking the case for Christ from a legal point of view was interesting. There were times when I didn't feel like Strobel carried things through enough, but he does give recommended readings after each chapter. I recommend this for people that don't know the scriptures very well, Christians that are in want of answers or "proof", and anyone that believes the Jesus Seminar group.

This book was educational without being boring. It dispels some of the myths that as Christians we may have come to believe and settles doubts about the authenticity of the Resurrection and Gospels. I would highly recommend it for anyone who may have doubts.

I thought the book was well investigated. Lee Strobel pulled some below the belt punches and didn't sugar coat issues people struggle with when it comes to Jesus. He was also honest enough to admit that the answers of thoses he interviewed were solid and so were Jesus's claims about Himself. I believe this will help me stand firm when ridiculed and where honest seeking is- help me give a strong reason for my faith. Thanks for the bargain 6 pack too!
My only issue was they shipped these books in a box for 5 times what i ordered. A smaller package seemed in order.

The Case For Christ is a great book for handing to people who are soft-hearted towards Jesus but have been taken captive by the vain philosophies of the world which have sown doubt in their minds.I like the way the evidence is presented in a way that invites the reader to be on the jury and to find "true" or "false" for themself.Lee Strobel's writing style makes this an easy read for most people, it trips along nicely and has extensive appendix and references for anyone who wants to do further research.When giving this to an unbeliever, make sure to follow it up with a Bible!This book is also a good read for anyone who believes in Jesus but feels easily threatened in their beliefs by "intellectuals" and athiests.I recommend it, you will be blessed by reading it.The only way this product could be improved upon is if Christain Book brought out a 10 pack at an even cheaper price!

This was the most inspiring thing I have ever seen. I play it over and over to reaffirm my faith. Thank you so very much for all your time and effort in doing this video. Basically a great book, but the mass market pack book appears to be shrunken in size, with smaller print. I can't be sure because I have given all of my regular copies away. But I believe it is. This is unfortunate because some of the people I want to give this book to are up in years, and they can't read fine print easily.

This is a wonderful book in the historic and depth it goes to to relate the conclusions he comes to. Jesus is looked at from many viewpoints and I certainly am learning many things. I am not hurrying through the book because i want to think about and meditate on what i have just read. I highly recomend it to any one to read.
