Gospel Light Focus on the Family Women's Series #1: Women of Worth

You've probably defined yourself based on false expectations from others, and those misperceptions can make you feel that you don't measure up to some arbitrary standard. This study will guide you from insecurity to confidence in your innate value as a woman and a child of God.

I ordered this book for my women's group. We will start discussing in a few weeks. I have started to work through it and love it so far. I'm looking forward to going through the book. Great pick I believe. You can't go wrong with anything from Focus on the Family.

A greta series! I have a small group of 14 woman ranginf from non-Christains to mature Christians and they all find it engaging and are able to glean something out of it. This is a great book, and really makes it fun to lead.

This is a great book, the women in our bible study group have been really enjoying it. We are finding out what God really thinks of us and it is a great discovery. He loves us and He has made us in His own image. Great book for small group bible study.

We have just started our women's ministry with this series. It seems to be a good study.

The Women of Worth study was so beneficial to our ladies' study group. We met weekly and found the topics to be thought-provoking and soul-searching. We each came away either reaffirmed or encouraged to see our value the way the Lord intended. As a leader, I appreciated the Guide in the back of the book which included an ice breaker, additional discussion questions, and group prayer ideas.

The ladies fellowship group at our church loves this book, and we haven't even finished the first chapter! We saw focus on the family and because of their reputation decided to try it out. We meet once a month, and some of us wanted more than just 'fellowship time.' This book was something that each woman can use and lead and pass along to others, its layout is interesting and looks to be beneficial to all who participate. Its already getting rave reviews, it was certainly a good choice as our first book together. Thanks CBD for offering it at a reasonable rate!

It is a non-taxing study. More on the line of searching your own heart. I will be facilitating a small group of women with the book. The goal is to get to know each otherbetter and ourselves better, as well as draw closer as a church body and closer to the Lord. I will condense it and study two chapters per session, everyother week.
