The product appears to be fine. We needed a cream/off-white color and this is the only place we could find this. We haven't used the binders more than a week yet, so I can't attest to how they hold up. I was disappointed that the hand strap on most of them looked like they had been stressed by something catching on them, perhaps another binder as they were stacked, thus leaving a puckering on one spot on the handstrap. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, the product was exactly as it had been represented.
