Our pastor gave all of the children's workers a copy of the book after he heard Wess Stafford speak at a conference. Dr. Stafford has an amazing ability to be autobiographical to illustrate his points as he weaves his own upbringing in Africa with his passion for the well being of children. I'm a mom of four, and it changed the way I mothered my children. It is a must read, and I'm surprised at the number of people who have not read it or even heard of it. It is truely an inspired book.

This book is truly for anyone who works with Children in the church. Dr. Stafford shows how the American culture has actually driven children away from the church at times when they most need it. A must read for Children's Ministry workers everywhere!!!
