The necklace's appeal power is in that it combines your taste for having a cross with a public display of your faith by having the mustard seed encased in it along with the whimsical feature of the cross being see-thru adds to my delight. The brilliancy of the gold plating has lasted for the 3 weeks that I've been wearing it but I don't know if persperation can tarnish it. For me, I wish the chain was longer. It hangs just below throat level, but I wish it hung around the heart level. All in all, it's a good purchase.

Very good quality, It is a very dainty necklace that can be worn with any kind of outfit. I have not taken it off since I got it.
