Christ refused to establish his kingdom through economic, political, or religious strength. But the church has historically struggled to make the same decision. Campolo advocates for a Christian "theology of power" based on Jesus' example of love. Discover how "local" choices can affect the global community's most pressing issues---environmental degradation, economic inequality, and perpetual war. 224 pages, softcover from Regal.

Review 1 for Choose Love, Not Power: How to Right the World's Wrongs from a Place of Weakness
This book takes us back to the reality of Christ's message that the greatest power on earth is love. It is a book for parents and teachers and people of authority - for all of us to be drawn back to the Truth of the gospel. It's a must read!

This is definitely one of Tony Campolo's better works. Though some areas may be controverisal, there are still many good points in the book, and I am sure other readers will not be dissapointed
