This study is helpful in identifying behaviours that reflect the presence of shame in the lives of people. It then provides alternate ways of viewing oneself to move towards a healthier way of being.

I have used this study in its various issues for many years now, both as a professional therapist and as a small group leader. As long as participants are willing to really "work" the material this study has great potential for helping someone move into greater spiritual health and greater confidence in his or her standing in Christ. I found it life-changing, in fact.
