This book has been a blessing. Good Enlightenment.

This book is well detailed, well thought-out and has great research. I love the fact that it is biblically based even though it uses earthly resources. It shows you how to balance the two. My Bible College classmates enjoyed the book. I loved the book so much that I bought my Pastor a copy & now an Associate wants one too. The book helps you to help others as well as yourself. It's been a great blessing!

Review 2 for The Complete Guide to Crisis & Trauma Counseling: What to Do and Say When It Matters Most!
Significantly helpful in crisis counseling
Date:March 30, 2012
When I needed to work with a family where there had been a suicide attempt, something I had not faced before, the two chapters on suicides were practical and helpful, especially when I was in the family counseling role. In other areas the material is standard counseling theory with a Christian twist--practical, applicable, and well-written.
