This workbook has been a great tool in helping those of us who suffer from the depression for a lot of our lives. We have a group at church that meets once a week going through each chapter with one another. I like it because it doesn't blame anyone for our depression just the way we handled or are handling different things in our past and present and therefore allowing us handle things better in the future.

This is absolutely the best book I've read on depression. It clearly explains depression and its causes - as well as a step-by-step retraining process to help you understand and get over depression. What a relief!
