Timothy Mills5 Stars Out Of 5April 20, 2002Timothy MillsThe Stones Cry Out is worth every penny of the purchase price. This is an excellent resource for preachers and SS teachers. The author treats difficult and complex issues in understandable ways, which are easily incorporated into sermon or lesson materials. Here I found confirmation of items I had heard rumored, confirmation of crucifixion methods, Caiaphas' ossuary, the Capernaum synagogue, and more. Any worthwhile book must have good indices & appendices, and this volume does not disappoint in this crucial matter.

What once was only available to a select few today more and more Christians are finding archeology a fascinating subject to validate the truth of the bible. Things that for centuries, people have taken for faith because they believe that what God said is true, now are finding actual proof for what the bible says.
Although the first few chapters of this book are dry and hard to get through because it gives mostly background of the archeology field, once he begins to get into the actual discoveries, thats where the book really takes off.
Some of the things that the author covers are:
Sodom and Gomorrah,
Joshua and Jericho
King David
The Ark.
This book is a great book for anyone and I would definitely recommend this book.
