As a 10 year veteran of youth ministry, I have found myself thinking the very things written in this book. The author put into words what I had been feeling for years. I am convinced that this is the direction God has for the church. I really wish some other youth ministry experts would expand on these ideas to help change our misguided culture.

well researched and well written. I don't agree with all of his conclusions but it was definitely informative and very thought provoking.

The author paints a portrait of youth ministry and youth ministers that is a bit biased. He addressed many thought provoking issues, but draws faulty conclusions.
