I purchased the entire 9 seasons of the Waltons, and I have been extremely pleased!. The stories are interesting, and Christian morals and ethics are woven naturally into the plots. The vibrant colors enhance the DVDs! I would recommend this series to anyone who likes good stories with no foul language or risque scenes!! A real family set of DVDs!!!!!!!!!!

This series is so refreshing. Wish everything on television was so wholesome. Would have given 5 stars but "Mary Ellen's" acting is so painfully bad, I just couldn't.

Absolutely wonderful! My family enjoys every episode of the Waltons. The emphasis on family and working together through good and bad times. This type of family is greatly missed in our culture!
