Membership Plus. Version 12 Standard has everything you need to easily manage a small church or organization. Maintain member, visitor and organization information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, group and activity participation, contributions and pledges, spiritual development, volunteer tracking, spiritual gifts and talent tracking, and more.
Membership Plus contains over 100 standard reports including IRS Tax Receipts and offers grouping, filtering and Quick Print options from most list views.
Set access rights so users only see the information they need while protecting confidential information.
Membership Plus Standard 12 allows for multiple data sets and is network ready however, multi-user licensing is required for more than 1 concurrent login to a shared dataset. The multi-user license covers up to 4 concurrent logins on a shared dataset.

The end result is acceptable but using it is far from intuative. Data input and editing involve combersom extra steps. Reports are acceptable but lack much flexibilty to taylor to specific needs.

This will be a self taught experience since there was no instruction manual that came with the CD. I realize there are helps by phone and on line from the company but the last system I purchased came with some guidelins on how to get started. This product seems like a do-it-yourself experience. I have not been able to get it setup yet but from the looks of the features it seems like it will serve our small church quite well.

This is a good product for recording and tracking Church Membership Giving. It produces many different reports so you can find one to suit your needs. You can assign your own Funds and track by Fund.

Easy to install. Easy to move data from old version V9 to new version V12. Changes in screens were very intuitive.

Don't even look at this product. Product is way too complicated for the average computer user and the people at ACS Technologies are a serious pain to deal with from A to Z.

The product is a little different from the older version and it takes a little time to get use to it. The only thing I do not like is, if you need help with the product you have to go on line. Otherwise the product is excellent.
