These Bibles were perfect for my Senior Christmas Angels. They will enjoy reading the large print. The cost was also within my budget. I received the Bibles ahead of schedule, which was much appreciated. These Bibles were of good quality and a great deal.

Very high quality and feels great in your hand. Absolutely beautiful. So much so my husband insisted I order him the same bible. We are both very very happy with our purchase. My only minor complaint would be the font color. It's a brown-ish color and is a little more difficult to read at first. The size of the font and the lack of shadow from the opposite page actually seems to make it easier to read once you become acquainted. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

I'm blown away by this Bible. Pictures really don't do it justice. It has that old timey feel to it which I love. The front cover feels like a soft leather. The Woodcuts illustrations, giant font, and gold edges are wonderful. This is truly the best Bible I've ever owned. You won't be disappointed with this one.

I love the cover on this bible, it's very high quality. The "Giant" print is a bit hard to read, the letters are tall but they are scrunched together. The font color is a reddish-brown instead of black which would have been easier to read. But overall a very nice bible!

This Bible was a gift for my son and he really seemed to like it. I had his name imprinted on it and it turned out nice. The leatherette cover is nice and the print is a nice size. Overall very nice Bible.

In leu of all the various gifts in these difficult times; this year I chose to purchase Personalized Bibles (with their names on them) and Bible markers to each of my children and grandchildren! I wasn't sure how they would feel about it...but they all loved them. We would love to give our children and grandchildren the world and all that money can give of their wants and desires...but in practicality and financially we can not do it! We would love to bless them beyond our ablilities...but we can't! But, what we can do is provide a resource to the one (Jesus and the Plan of God) that can provide more than money can buy, solve every problem, meet every need and salvation that will keep them in this life and carry them to their home in Heaven!!! Thank you for the beautiful Bibles and the personalization was beautiful!!!

This is a very nice Bible however I think it could have more study helps in the Bible. The print its self is very nice so one can read it. The covers are really great and soft good quality leather.

I like the Bible but expected it to have larger print, and the color of the print was not black, but brown, which makes it not quite as sharp, and more difficult to read. We will still be able to use it but not as a study Bible as I hoped.

I would say this is very good quality and everything is great about it, except for the paper that the text is printed on is so thin that it makes it hard to read because the text from back of the page shows through. Which makes this Bible not worth purchasing because it is hard to read. I would also not buy for and or recommend this particular Bible to an unbeliever.

We are disappointed in the bible we ordered. states large print and it is not say s in description 14 point and it is actually about 10. We have to find another Bible That one was to be for a birthday gift for our 76 year old mother wanting a KJV she coudl read

The Bible print size is 14 point but it is more narrow that the usual 14 point making it look smaller.

This is a very handsome Bible. I bought it for my teenage son. He loves the illustrations in it. The text has a brownish red tint, then the words of Christ are bright red. He loves the Bible. It is well worth the price here at Christian Books.

I have several bibles and if I had to list all my favorite features, this one would have it. I love the brown cover, it has a real leather feel to it, and very flexible....kinda reminds me of crossways trutone editions. It is also beautifully stamped on the spine and cover. The print is not very bold, but the size of the text makes up for it...very readable even without my prescription glasses. The fact that it has the Words of Christ in red is a huge plus, not seeing that very often nowadays. The illustrations are also something not found in bibles today, which is the main reason I purchased this one. It has 4 pages with 8 pictures in Judges, and 7 pages with 15 pictures in Mark. I guess if I had to change one thing about this bible, I would have placed the illustrations where they best related to the text. But I know that would have been a huge undertaking for the binders and would have increased the price I'm sure. But it's no big deal for me, I'm just glad it has the illustrations at all. Also, to top it all off, it has a good concordance and some maps in the back. All in all, if I had to use just one bible, this one would be it. It has everything I need, without all the stuff I don't.... like those distracting references. In case you haven't figured it out yet...yes I HIGHLY recommend this bible!!
