Harvest House Publishers Grace Rules

Are you "living by the rules," or are you letting God's grace rule you? There's a big difference between the two! If you're living by the rules, you'll be exhausted. You'll feel as if you're not doing enough for God and if you don't "measure up," He'll be displeased with you. God never meant for the Christian life to be that way! He didn't call you to serve Him in your own feeble power but to let His limitless power flow through you. Learn how to rest in God's grace and let Him live through you in Grace Rules.

Wow! I have been trying for 20 years or more to understand those passages from Romans 6! I get it and I am over joyed! Totally thrilled at what Christ has done for me! At first I thought it was too good to be true! Its too good and its true!

If you have wondered what "grace" was, start with the Grace Walk book and workbook, and then move onto the Grace Rules book. You will not be disappointed to learn just how much the Father truly loves us even though we mess up sometimes. I am beginning to experience the love of the Father in a whole new way and it is awesome!

A must for those fighting the legalistic bondages we face in life...and especially those bound by the law of perfectionism. This book comes alive with Scripture and illustrations that make the Word not only foundational but fruitful. You will not only the grasp the concepts presented but understand practically how they apply to your life so that you may live and walk in God's grace day by day. You will be a different person after reading this book. If I could, I would rate 'Grace Rules' a double 5-star.

The Lord used Steve McVey to change my life through this book. Several of us at my church were so affected by this book, that we started a study, which has branched off to several other studies. Every Christian should read this book and let the Holy Spirit do His work.

The subject of grace is the greatest concept in the world, the actual energizer of true Christianity. Yet there exists a strong gravitational pull toward "do's and don'ts" in most churches today. McVey effectively mines gems from the heart of the Gospel with this refreshing work. The reading is entertaining and effortless, with study guide questions at the end of each chapter. Since grace is so hard to find in our culture, even in the church, this book should be required reading for every believer!
