Charisma House Choosing Forgiveness: Turning from Guilt, Bitterness, and Resentment Towards a Life of Wholeness and Peace

If you want to grow in your relationships, be healthy and happy, forgiveness is a necessity. John and Paula Sandford explain how ego and pride are involved in hurtful situations and how, in the world's eyes, it would be natural to seek revenge. But unforgiveness and sin have a way of keeping us in a constant state of chaos and trouble. Find freedom and healing as you delve into issues that keep you separated from God. At the end of each chapter are discussion questions that foster self-evaluation. There's also 31 days worth of daily thought to help you on your journey to forgiveness.

In this book I found the love I have always needed. To love people that dont love you or are unlovable is the hardest thing to do; yet it is the love of Jesus coming through us that we experience that is beyond just a good feeling. The last Chapter really brought it all home for me. It is now so clear why Jesus died for me, and why God the Father needs to see unity in the body before He can move on His people with the Holy Spirit. He gives us power like that in Ezekiel 37: 7-10, but unity must come first before we become an army.
