If you're truly serious with wanting to change your communication style, this book will certainly help you understand how your words impact other people. All aspects of communication are clearly explained, backed up with biblical examples and principles. Thanks, Mr. Kendall, for such an understandable, thorough book!

A really convicting book as this is one area we all struggle with. With RT's frank sharing and helpful suggestions it is a book to be read slowly or to be read again and again. That's because the application of it takes time and effort with the help of the Holy Spirit.
