Jordan Rubin has written a book that has made a huge difference in the way I see food! As a dieter who has tried several diets, including some very popular ones out there, the information in the book has finally given me a solution. My energy is amazing, I am loosing weight and I feel great! If you are serious about making healthy choices in your life, ridding your body of toxins and your cabinets from processed food, then get on board!
