The first book in Christian Liberty Press' Little Pilgrimshistory series, Little Pilgrims in God's World teaches little ones that their identity is in Christ-and what that means for them. Integrating biblical history with children's roles in their family, church, society, the world, and as a Christian, each lesson features a theme, scripture verse, lesson, questions, activities instructions for the sold-separately activity book, and a photograph or illustration. Children will learn what it means to be created in God's own image, how He provides for His children, and what He is preparing for them a new world called heaven.

The accompanying activity book includes a variety of activities such as coloring, cutting, building, writing, map-work, memorization, and worksheets. A number of activities mentioned in the text are provided here. Accompanying the "Something else to do with Bible verse" activities, cut-out Bible verse flash cards are included; accompanying the "Something else to do" optional activities, cut-out vocabulary words and definitions for the mentioned Memory Game are provided.

The teacher's manual accompanies both the textbook and activity book. Organized by unit and lesson, lesson instructions (with notes on what the student is to read, what to discuss, and what pages to emphasize), textbook questions with answers, vocabulary words, and activities are listed.
