In the painful passage through her divorce from Lance Armstrong, a public figure due to his professional cycling career, Kristin Armstrong found the rock of her hope in Scripture. In Happily Ever After: Walking with Peace and Courage Through a Year of Divorce, she shares the verses that meant the most to her in the format of a daily devotional for women. Armstrong speaks candidly about her own struggles, and offers a life line to women drowning in anger and regret. She becomes a companion, walking side-by-side with women through the ever-changing patterns of grief toward the ultimate goal of choosing peace in response to pain.

Review 1 for Happily Ever After: Walking with Peace and Courage Through a Year of Divorce - eBook
After being separated for 2 years from my husband, we are now going through a divorce. Since this separation and divorce were unexpected on my part, I read many books regarding this subject to attempt to "make sense" of a bizarre and difficult situation. The absolutely best book other than the Bible for inspirational guidance in this matter is Kristin Armstrong's book. She provides relevant scripture readings and her devotionals are full of hope and positive messages rather than self pity and anger. Now that my marriage of 25 years will soon be dissolved, I will be rereading this book again. Ms. Armstrong, thank you so much for sharing your story and scripture readings. It is a blessing to those of us in this difficult situation. I highly recommend this book!
