This book is too big for our church, I wish they have the same one, but smaller. Although our church is very small, this book allow us to keep track of every contribution from church members and visitors. Is very simple, and at the end of the year is easy to give the members a receipt. Love it!!!

We have been using this book for at least 6 years. It has what we need or is easily adaptable. We mainly use it for individual contributions as it has about 150 pages for that and the monthly money received pages which have a place for each Sunday's loose plate offerings, envelope offerings, Sunday School offerings, two rows for special offerings, and a row for building funds. We don't use the pages for checks or monthly and annual summaries as this is done on computer programs. Basically this gives the people who count the tithes and offerings a place to record their information before the monies are turned over to the treasurer.

One doesn't have to be an accountant to understand how to use this record keeping tool....simplifies end of month postings for church bulletin boards.

This book is not for our church. It had only a few accounting columns, too many budget pages, and just too busy. This book is probably ideal for the denominational church offices.

This book is great! I would give this book a 5, which is the highest rating that I could give it. The Finance Committee at our church has been using it for the past 4 years. It's great for a church with 150 members or less. It's set up perfectly to track the individual contributions of each member, and the total offering each week. It's also great for tracking the total number of deductions during the course of each month. I highly reccomend it.
