This Bible cover was not classified as small, medium, or large, so, going off the listed compatible Bible dimensions in comparison with other covers, I figured it was a medium. It's actually a large, so it doesn't fit my Bible, and thus does not meet my expectations. However, it is attractive (I quite like the simple class of the cross cut-out zipper pulls) and it is seemingly well-made; if it were the necessary size I would be quite satisfied with it, and I would recommend it to someone in need of a Bible cover of this size.

From my brief experience with this cover, I would not suggest using it with a Bible much smaller than the listed dimensions, because of how much extra space there is; my Bible, which is roughly 8.5" x 6", slid around in the cover very easily, and its front and back covers almost slipped out of the pockets. It was a sloppy, impractical match.

My conclusion is that this cover, made by Zondervan, is designed first and foremost for Zondervan Bibles. It probably works for many others as well. However, if you happen to have an NLT Personal Size Large Print Bible like me, be advised that this is probably not the cover for you.

I really like it. The only issues I have with it is the zipper is a little stiff and I was hoping for more pen loops. There are two. I'm sure the zipper will become easier over time and use.
