My brother passed a few years ago and this book was a gift to my mother from an old friend. She shared it with the family, and from then on out a dragonfly has been what we have represented my brother with. My entire family loved this book and we have shared it with other unfortunate families who have had a loss in their family. It is not only a great book for children, but for people of all ages.

Personally, I love this book. It has such a great perspective on things that do not make it too overwhelming. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

This is a great little story to help children come to grips with the death of a loved one. Adults can benefit from it too, because the subject of death is hard to deal with and this story gives hope at the end.

I was a bit disappointed in the fact that this book was not more Christian based. I was looking more for a book that explained death to a child. I think the book did a good job helping to open the conversation on why things/people can not return once they have "crossed over". Overall it was okay, my four year old did like it, however it was not what I was expecting.
