This is one of the best devotionals I've ever read. I've used the material with a Sunday School lesson & in a nursing home devotion time. She is wonderful!

I appreciate this writer's sensibilities and insights - the tone of these reflections seems just right for this year. But one should be warned that though her reflections are not unbiblical, there are no scripture portions referenced, so this needs to be paired with a Bible reading plan to stand in for "devotions."
