I am a pastor and have used this book several times with congregations to help them understand how they are relating to one another both in good ways as well as unhealthy ways. This book gives illustrations/stories typical to church congregations and boards that are real and that membes can identify with. It allows them to reflect on past conflicts in ways that are healing and opens door to new ways of responding more appropriately in the future. In addition, it provides analysis tools that are effective in working with congregations that are struggling with peace and unity. I highly recommend it.
