This is such a good book that I couldn't put it down and read it within 2 days. This definelty helped me look up answers, on the subject, in the bible... and it made sense in everything.

This book is a "make sense of things" kind of book. When I couldn't find answers to my questions anywhere else, Demons and Deliverance came through. Common sense approach too!

This book is very informative and explains the role demons play in our lives and how believers should keep these truths in their mind and heart.

I ordered this book when I saw it because I thought it looked interesting, but was pretty disappointed. This book makes it sound like every physical disease/ailment is caused by demons. I don't believe that. Physical diseases and ailments are NOT always demon related. The author also claims that we can be BORN with demons (pg 92) That's ridiculous. I was colic as a baby and had a really upset tummy, it was NOT caused by demon possession. The author also suggests that Simon's mother in law had a demonic spirit that caused her fever, but that is not what the scripture says in Luke 4: 38-39. It states that Jesus rebuked the fever. There is NO mention of a unclean spirit being cast out of her. Anytime Jesus cast out devils out of a person that was actually afflicted by them, it clearly states it. Also it talks about a "smoking demon". Apparantly those who are addicted to cigarettes have a "smoking demon". This author is forgetting that at one time about 40 years ago LOTS of people smoked cigarettes. Including many pastors, and Christians. To suggest that cigarette addiction is caused by a demon is utterly ridiculous. It's the addictive chemicals and additives that are added to the cigarette that makes it addictive. Cigarette company's do this to get people hooked so that they will keep buying their cigarette products. Let's use some common sense here. Back in my Grandmothers day they told everyone smoking was good for them. This author is making wild claims about something that scripture is silent on. Smoking is a expensive habit that isn't good for your health, but to suggest that it will send you to hell, or that it's demon possession is unbiblical. Bottom line, this book was a waste of money.
