These cards are great, but be sure you know what you're getting: there are only 27 different occupations represented. The other 27 cards have "stuff" for each occupation. For example, one job card is "farmer" and then there is a "farmer's stuff" card that has a chicken, tractor, and corn on it. Another thing to know is that this deck has tried to show non-traditional genders: a male nurse, a female firefighter, etc. The photos and text (on back of the cards) are not child-like, and so the deck can be used with children and/or adults. Overall, it's a good vocabulary teaching tool and I get a lot of good use out of it - good investment, great price.
