Spiritual formation movement is not new to me. As it surfaces more broadly in our nation I've puzzled over a lack of anointed word emphasis. some seem to be caught up in the steps. Jan in her Sp. Dis Companion is balanced and causing me to think by having to get into the word and ponder what it means plus practice. i want to find someone to do this with me. it is like a fresh drink of water just when I need it. Terrific!!!

Be wary! These practices are based on Eastern religions and mysticism where we are all connected spiritually and that the practices rather than born again transformation is what brings you to God.
