Heaven or Hell? Christ has thrown the door of mercy wide open, and He stands crying out to all to accept His call. Jonathan Edwards presents a clear picture of the predicament of every sinner and lukewarm christian. Through his words, you can discover much about what it means to follow God. With compelling words and imagery, Edwards describes the shaky position of those who do not follow Christ and God's urgent call to receive His love and forgiveness today.

Finally someone not afraid to preach the Word of God! Not consumed with entertaining the un-churched but speaking directly to the heart of the sinner.

This topic is hardly thought of very often by todays North American church, and we as christians often miss the pure gravity of sin. People may criticize Edwards as they like. but they should hardly critique if they have not studied the man. What Edwards has said here is biblical, and he is right. Objections made will most likely lead from an unbalanced view of Gods whole character from the reader. It's a good contemplative read and well worth the few dollars to spend.
