A classic! This book of Steve and family, their lives' experience and faith is readable for anyone regardless of their belief. A book like this is about what our one true God and Lord Jesus see when they look at us. Since God cannot look on sin, it demonstrates why He did what He did and sent His only begotten Son to earth for our salvation that we might be with Him. That He would live through us in our everyday life to bring any who would come. People are interesting because we were made for God and are the same no matter where we are living on this earth. This book is a classic case of excellent writing and relating (story telling) of true life experience. Steve Saint ranks with the classic authors and in the faith with the saints. All glory to God in Jesus and thanks for these true missionaries and fallen people that were changed to sweet and powerful witnesses on believing the message of Jesus.

Now that we are serving as missionaries in Ecuador, it amazes even more what this family sacrificed and what it must have taken for Steve to do what he did and to write this incredible book. Our son is here with us and I can only wonder how it would affect him if this happened to his daddy. It's a story of pain, courage and forgiveness..that could only come from Cgrist. God bless this family.
