I read four of this author's books in about a week and a half. And I have little ones under foot! This book was small, easy-to-read and completely practical!! Very encouraging and straight forward. The author is not long winded, but makes his point quickly and clearly. And his points are awesome!! My husband is so happy I read this book and has already been loving the changes I've made! I think every wife should read this book!

I would highly recommend this book! It was very easy to read....and yet it really made me think. I only barely applied some of the author's suggestions and my husband immediately noticed. I've read A LOT of marriage books in our 20 years of marriage and this has been the most profound one for me. I feel like we are a team like never before and that I have learned a perspective that will change the rest of my marriage. I only wish that I had read this book years sooner.....but I'm sure glad I have now. There isn't much Scripture in this book...but Scriptural principles are throughout and I was deeply convicted. I feel like I've been given practical advice on how to show respect to my husband (something I've tried to do for years and yet kept failing at). I would recommend this book to every wife...not just a homeschooling one (even a career wife). I so needed this book and I'm so very thankful for it!!!
