I just went through the 28 day program for the second time in three years. FANTASTIC! I feel strong, vibrant and healthy. In just one month I lost 10-1/2 lbs and am back to my usual weight. This book has helped me break habits that were leading me into the 40 something body changes everyone tells me are inevitable. Everyone who has seen the change in me over the past month is asking for this book! Very tasty recipes for everyday life, let alone to get you through the pain of changing your eating habits! It is a MUST HAVE in any kitchen!

I visted the cbd website, and found Dr Colbert's book fantastic. I like how the information was simplistic and very up-to-date with important statistics and health facts. I need this book.
