The author does well to set up an understanding of what emotional dependency is, where it comes from,how it produces bondage and pain, and how to break free. She begins the book with 3 stories of ED: two guys, a girl and a guy, and two girls. It is a quick and easy read (I read it in about 15 minutes) with profound wisdom. I recommend it for anyone who thinks they may struggle with this issue, or for anyone who knows someone that does. I have bought a few packs already and have distributed them to many.
