I have read this whole book and did the questions as requested. This is a great self help book. I even called "The Center" in Washington State. I have given several of these books to friends in need of a spiritual lift when dealing with a lot of stress. I plan to re-read it when I am finished reading H Norman Wright, Recovering from Losses in Life. Since I have retired and I am doing a lot of reading (including the Bible) I love CBD, I just do not have a lot of money to spend. But when I do, it is so I can share with others.God Bless!Katherine
