We have six children and this book allowed me to gain confidence as a mom, teacher, and wife to know it is possible to live a balanced life of homeschooling and living life. Christine gives a lot of great insight and simply stated that with a little organization ahead of time and patience that only God can give, life can be lived and loved to the fullest. This book has been a great blessing to our family.

I found this book when I was really feeling "all over the place" with our homeschooling. It was very helpful. The author knows what it is like. Her advice is uncomplicated and easy to follow.

God is not the author of confusion and neither is Christine Field. This guidebook, when applied correctly, will truly help to balance the lives of the homeschooling family. Very sensible and practical advice from a homeschooling veteran. Thank you for making this product available.

I read this book during a time of burn-out while my eldest was struggling to read. During that time my house and three-year-old were seriously being neglected. This book didn't help so much with the reading but was a valuable resource on getting things better balanced and organized to include daily time with my other son & daughter and household chores.

I also liked the personal stories included - it makes me feel a part of a bigger group and less alone than I have felt at times.

I would recommend this book to others.
