My Personal Review on Child Abuse
Date:March 29, 2011
Child abuse is an act that happens on a frequent basis. Emotional, verbal, psychological abuse is inflicted on innocent children, usually by someone that is close to them or provides them with some form of care. Some say child abuse is usually a cycle, and occurs by someone that has been abused when they were a child; however child abuse usually occurs at the hands of close relative or someone who resides in the same house with the child. Over 3 million reports of child abuse are made every year in the United States; however, those reports can include multiple children” (Child Help.org). It is time for the so called cycle of child abuse to be stopped. It is time for child abusers to be stopped. It is time to put an end to pain and suffering that is being inflicted of children all over. The life of a child is one of the most precious gifts of all. Children are a gift from God and we should cherish them as such. We must start exposing child abuser for what and who they really are. If this means posting pictures of the individuals found guilty for committing the heartless act of child abuse, then we must do what we have to do.
