Very much a how to manual for guys. Clearly defines leadership, masculinity, and decision making and then gives practical advice on how to do each. Everything is directly linked to the Bible and what it says about men. Great book for anyone who is struggling with what leading a family looks like. After listening to several man on the street interviews of college students asking young women what makes them a woman and young men what makes them a man this is definitely needed. Most of them couldn't answer that basic question. It was "too complicated"
