My daughter has used Singapore Primary Math since 1A. She has done well, but sometimes I have needed to reteach a concept when she hits it again after not studying it for several weeks or months. Using Intensive Practice a few lessons behind where she is in the main textbook is working really well to keep the concepts fresh, while also extending her understanding with new applications and thinking problems.
